Both options are available. Annual billing is paid once per year and costs less than twelve monthly payments — savings range from 14% to 17% depending on the plan. Annual is selected by default on this page.
Yes. You can switch between plans — from Free to Pro, or between Pro tier sizes — at any time through your customer account.
Your Pro features stop working when the current billing period ends. The plugin stays installed. Free features keep working. Your deposit configuration is not deleted.
No. SecureHold does not add any transaction fee. Stripe's standard processing fees still apply. The plan price is the only cost from SecureHold.
Agency 25 Sites includes the same features as PRO 1 Site, with twenty-five independent site activations on a single license. It offers the best per-site cost across all plans.
Priority email support is included in all Pro and Agency plans. The Free plan does not include priority support.
No. SecureHold WP works independently of WooCommerce Subscriptions. It uses Stripe pre-authorization directly, without requiring any additional subscription plugin.
Stripe is used for the deposit workflow — pre-authorizing cards at checkout. Pro plan purchases are also processed through Stripe Checkout.
